Session Schedules (Roll)

What this screen does

The Session Schedules (Roll) screen lists case sessions after an advanced search. From here you can:

  • Search sessions by client, court, status, consultants, attendees, and dates.
  • Assign Attendees (multiple employees can be selected) directly in the table.
  • Print the session roll as a PDF.

Where it is: Sidebar → Litigation → Session Schedules (Roll).

Tasks

How do I search for sessions?

  1. Fill in the filters you need. Required for search: Procedure Types, Session Date (From), and Session Date (To).

  2. (Optional) Set client, court, completion status, case status, consultants, assigned attendees, procedure text, decision dates, numeration 1, or Sort By.

In the Assigned Attendees column, select one or more employees from the dropdown. The assignment saves immediately and a confirmation notification appears.
