What this screen does

Basic Data is a group of screens for managing reference values used across AQL in cases, sessions, and expenses. Values defined here appear in dropdown lists throughout the system.

Where it is: Sidebar → Clients Management → Basic Data.

Tasks

How do I add or edit a reference value?

  1. From Basic Data, open the sub-screen (e.g. Courts or Case Types).

  2. Click Create for a new record, or Edit on an existing row.

  3. Enter the name (Arabic / English depending on the screen) and click Save.

  4. The value appears immediately in system dropdowns when registering cases or sessions.
