Office Data
What this screen does
The Office Data screen stores ILG’s official firm information used in reports, documents, and the system. From here you can:
- Update the office name, address, and phones in Arabic and English.
- Upload the logo and guarantee bond file.
- Set main and fraction currency labels (Arabic / English).
- Update manager, representative, and authorization details.
Where it is: Sidebar → Clients Management → Office Data.
Tasks
How do I update office data?

Open Office Data.

Edit the required fields (name, address, floor, PO box, phone, fax, email, website, …).

(Optional) Upload the logo or guarantee bond (PDF).

Click Save at the bottom of the page.

A success notification appears when the update completes.
